C.I.T.Y. is Natalia Yurchenko's vision and training facility.
As owner, Director of Team, and Head Coach of Team Yurchenko , she provides her exceptional background
as an elite gymnast, World All-Around Champion, and international judge
to train the elite gymnasts of tomorrow. She brings world-class gymnastics training to Chicago, a world-class city!
All of our staff must receive a Green-Light on their background check. They are also required to pass and maintain the USAG Instructor Certification and First-Aid Certification.
We are an active member of PCA. All of our staff are required to participate in training workshops created to develop "Double-Goal Coaches" and " Better Athletes, Better People"
With regular feedback, staff are trained and challenged to grow as instructors. There is mandatory hands-on training every 2 months to enhance knowledge and creativity.
All of our coaches come with at least 5 years (and up to 35) of coaching experience and a background in competitive gymnastics.

Keith Bukowski has over 25 years of gymnastics experience as an athlete, coach, judge and clinician. A former nationally ranked athlete, Keith transitioned into coaching during his late competitive years, working alongside some of the best known and accomplished coaches in the sport. Keith's education in Biology paired with his scientific approach to the sport has earned him several honors including Coach of the Year, State TOPs Director, and was elected to serve on the USA Gymnastics State Board of Directors. Currently the C.I.T.Y. Club Recreational Director, Keith's experience and knowledge have created a challenging ability based gymnastics curriculum for C.I.T.Y. Club that is certain to help your child push past their physical limits and achieve all of their gymnastics goals.
